Delete your TallyWay account

TallyWay by Saaspero LLC lets you permanently delete your account and associated personal data.

Delete your account in the app

Open TallyWay and go to Profile → Delete Account. Review the information shown, then choose Permanently Delete Account.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your TallyWay account. Include the account email you want deleted. We may verify your identity before completing the request.

Your authentication account, profile, and sign-in credentials

•

Expenses, payments, activity, subscription records, and other data linked to you

•

Receipt uploads, voice recordings, and profile images you own

Shared groups that still have other members remain available, and ownership is transferred to another member. Personal data linked to you is removed.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your TallyWay account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store where you purchased it to prevent future charges.

Processing time

We process verified deletion requests promptly and remove associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
