Delete your TallyWay account

Open TallyWay and go to Profile → Delete Account. Review the information shown, then choose Permanently Delete Account.

Email us from the address associated with your TallyWay account. Include the account email you want deleted. We may verify your identity before completing the request.

Shared groups that still have other members remain available, and ownership is transferred to another member. Personal data linked to you is removed.

Deleting your TallyWay account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store where you purchased it to prevent future charges.

We process verified deletion requests promptly and remove associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Use the email address connected to your TallyWay account so we can locate the correct record. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, receipt images, or identity documents in your first message. If the address you contact us from does not match the account, support may ask for limited additional information to confirm ownership before deletion begins.

After ownership is verified, TallyWay removes the account and personal data covered above. You will lose access to private groups, expense history, uploaded files, and account settings associated with that profile. Deletion is permanent, so export any records you need first. A separate store subscription can remain active until you cancel it through Apple or Google, even after the TallyWay account is removed.
