You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

TallyWay provides tools to track and split expenses. While we strive for accuracy in all calculations, the service is provided as a convenience tool and does not constitute financial or legal advice.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of expenses, splits, and settlements within your groups. TallyWay is not liable for disputes arising from expense data entered by users.

Exchange rates are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time market rates. TallyWay is not responsible for losses resulting from currency conversion calculations.

The TallyWay service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by TallyWay and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the service.

TallyWay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TallyWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

TallyWay Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or web billing, depending on your platform. The localized price, billing period, and any eligible trial shown during purchase apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription through the store or account where it was purchased. Deleting your TallyWay account does not cancel an active subscription. Refunds are governed by the payment provider's policies and applicable law.

Subscription prices may change with advance notice as required by the payment platform and applicable law.
